Established as pioneers in the building services prefabrication industry, Prefabricated Solutions has evolved over the years to become a leader in modular construction. From the outset, we have been dedicated to developing innovative, bespoke solutions that address the unique challenges of our clients, ensuring greater efficiency within the construction process.
Our commitment to innovation led us to embrace BIM technology early on, allowing our in-house design team to support clients through the design process effectively. This proactive approach works best when we engage with clients at the RIBA stage 3/4 design, ensuring that the benefits of modularisation are built into every project from the start.
With our recent expansion to a new 47,000 square foot facility, we now have the capacity to handle high volumes of fabrication across multiple production lines. This coupled with our certification for our Factory Production control to EN 1090 allows us to meet our clients' requirements with precision, confidence and speed.

Prefabricated Solutions is supported by a close-knit team of 32 specialists across design, commercial management, pre-production, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and administration.
Many of our team have progressed through in-house apprenticeships, developing deep technical knowledge and a practical understanding of how coordinated, install-ready systems need to work on site.

Prefabricated Solutions has supported major projects across healthcare, prison and justice, residential, commercial, and mixed-use environments.
Recent and completed projects include HMP Millsike, Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Oriel Eye Hospital, Battersea Power Station Regeneration, The Madison, Mustard Wharf, and HMP Lancaster Farms & HMP Northumberland.
These projects demonstrate our ability to deliver coordinated offsite assemblies at scale, from high-volume corridor modules to repeatable service risers, plant decks, utility cupboards, drainage systems, and bespoke fabricated supports.
