IHP engaged Prefabricated solutions early on in the design process to enable a swifter more efficient installation. This helped reduce working at height interface, and reduce programme durations. The team there were able to meet our demands, and manufactured our modules in accordance with our installation programme.

These were delivered on a schedule which helped manage logistics across site. This also enabled us to complete large areas in a matter of weeks! Cannot recommend them enough, they are our go to supplier of all M&E prefabricated equipment!

PSL provided Kier with over 400 modules to HMP Millsike, everything was made and stored ahead of programme ready for early call off.

The work that has been done with PSL from inception to completion has been seamless. The appetite to innovate is impressive and inspiring, speaking from experience having worked in the industry for over 15 years, a large portion within the DfMA sector, and they still managed to teach us new ways to simplify complicated problems. The design process and integration into the federated model was a fundamental start to making the project a huge success. The early coordination work helped multiple parties from MEP design to Architects standardise BWIC and door positions to mention a few.

We had some minor issues on site, PSL have always been available to change or repair their works at short notice, the aftercare from everyone working at PSL has been above and beyond expectation.

We are continuing to work with PSL, because of their proactive approach to problem solving and we would recommend them to our clients moving forward, knowing that we can save time, money and mitigate health and safety concerns on site.
